This is currently my favorite meal in Singapore. It is apparently a Malay dish which is quite similar to our very own "tapsilog."
You can choose from having rice or noodles (which like pancit bihon and canton) and select the viand that goes along with it. I usually opt for chicken wing, sotong (squid) roll, hotdog, and fried egg. Of course, it is never complete without chili. Notice how they cut the food up using scissors. Yum!
