Roti Prata
October 24, 2006Chai's favorite dish is an Indian delight called Roti Prata. It is basically a concoction of dough mixed with eggs, which you then dip in curry sauce.
It's usually priced at $0.60 to $1.00 a piece, depending on where you buy it. For a few more cents, you can choose to have the roti with either sausages or mushroom and cheese filling. I like the mushroom and cheese myself since it tastes a lot like pizza.
